Since 2010, over 1,000 Dell Young Leaders have graduated and gone on to launch meaningful careers or pursue further study. We work with students who are often the first in their families to attend university, partnering with them to navigate challenges at university, complete their degrees, and build futures they’re proud of.

Dell Young Leaders students receive comprehensive support throughout their university experience - from career readiness training and dedicated career coaching, to personalised wellbeing resources, and targeted financial and academic support. 

After graduation, students join a growing alumni community with access to career development and coaching to support their transition into work and long-term career growth.
